Governing Law

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes will be subject to UAE courts.

Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to register or purchase. Minors are prohibited from transacting on this site.

Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (and other agreed currencies). Customers must retain copies of all transaction records. Payments are processed securely through licensed providers; we do not store card details.

Pricing & VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged as per UAE Federal Tax Authority rules. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.

Products & Materials

Images are for illustration only. Colors may vary slightly depending on screens. Natural materials (wood, cane, marble, fabrics) will vary in grain, tone, and markings. These are not considered defects. Product availability may depend on supplier conditions.

Deliveries

Delivery is considered complete once goods are made available at the agreed location. Customers are responsible for access (doors, lifts, pathways), permits, and ensuring adequate space. Additional costs apply if delivery is delayed due to inaccessible sites or missing approvals.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.

Pre-Loved Sales

Klekktic Pre-Loved items are sold “as-is.” They are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Sellers receive 70% of the resale price in Klekktic Credit (valid for 12 months, transferable, and non-refundable). Collection is arranged only after the item has been sold and paid for. If an item is misrepresented and returned by the buyer, the seller is responsible for return delivery charges.

Limitation of Liability

Klekktic is not liable for delays caused by customs, strikes, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for customer misuse or neglect of products.

Amendments

Klekktic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective once published on this site.
