Shipping, Returns & Warranty
UAE Deliveries
Lead time: approx. 3–4 weeks (custom production + quality control). Fees: AED 150 (Dubai), AED 300 (other Emirates). We will contact you 2 days in advance and provide a 5-hour delivery window. Customers are responsible for ensuring access, approvals, and adequate space.
International Deliveries
Available across the GCC by land shipping. Costs depend on order size/weight and will be confirmed after order. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. Assembly services are not provided outside the UAE (except for large projects in Saudi Arabia, where this can be arranged at extra cost). All shipments are insured against transit damage.
Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed only to the original mode of payment.
Return process: 1. Email info@klekktic.com within 14 days, with photos of the issue. 2. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours. 3. If approved, we will arrange replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for defective or incorrect products. Pre-loved or clearance items are not eligible.
Warranty (1 Year)
All Klekktic products include a one-year warranty covering structural failure, seam separation, broken zippers or buttons, and cracking, bubbling, or peeling finishes.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, natural material variations, and outdoor damage. Outdoor care includes wiping steel dry after exposure to water, avoiding direct sunlight for microplaster, and using anti-rust sprays where necessary.
Pre-Loved Items
Pre-Loved items are excluded from standard Returns & Warranty policies. They carry no warranty coverage and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once sold. Delivery of Pre-Loved items will be arranged by Klekktic logistics.
