Delivery / Refunds
The delivery of your product will happen as fast as possible but please allow 3-4 weeks as we must ensure a stringent quality control process. If it does occur that it is ready sooner we will inform you.
There is a flat fee of AED 150 for delivery throughout Dubai. For any other emirate we charge a flat fee of AED 300.
As of now we do not have a standardized shipping method outside of the UAE but will support with these requests when we can so please reach out to us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org for any requests regarding international shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.
We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 5-hour window of time in which to deliver and install your items.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you have adequate approvals or permits for the delivery of your pieces, along with the correct space for the delivery of your items, inclusive of ensuring the product will fit through all necessary doors and lifts.
We are happy to be able to share our pieces with anyone who chooses to buy them. Currently we offer door to door shipping services by land shipping (truck) anywhere in the GCC. Due to the nature of furniture size and weight once you specify your order only then can we confirm a delivery and shipping price. Shipping prices may change week to week or even day to day and as we are outsourcing international shipping we are not able to guarantee a fixed shipping price. We are not responsible for any customs or taxes you may incur within your own country.
We do not offer assembly services OUTSIDE OF THE UAE. Its incredibly easy to assemble all of our pieces including beds and sofas yet you may find it more helpful to call upon the assistance of a carpenter. If you need any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us for assembly guides.
If you are ordering for a large commercial project in Saudi Arabia we can arrange assembly services in Riyadh and Jeddah at an additional cost.
International Shipping - Damages and Insurance
All our shipments are insured so if there is damaged that is caused by the shipping provider they take every measure to compensate customers financially with the value of the product or through allowing us to replace it.
Please note we do not recommend ordering marble or glass products for international shipping at this time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations of the order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any products across our site. Each piece is made to order, meaning we have purchased the materials and our craftsmen have already been hard at work making your piece
Therefore, please make sure you have checked all sizes and materials where needed, to ensure you are going to be 100% happy with your piece. Do not hesitate to request sample swatches beforehand to avoid any confusion about fabric colors. We will not be responsible for any discrepencies between the fabric picture and the real life swatch as we are happy to offer a free swatch delivery service to avoid this issue.
If a product or piece has one of more of the following issues, we will offer immediate resolutions:
- The wrong product was sent to you.
- The product is defective.
- The product has arrived to you damaged.
Each order that leaves our warehouse undergoes a complete inspection so that it arrives to you safely and happy.
If you believe the product is defective or was damaged in shipping, photographs must be taken and shared with us immediately. If this is the case, you are within your rights to refuse the product.
Please ensure that when products are delivered you ask the currier to unwrap them and you approve the product. Once the product is accepted and approved by you it will become much more complicated to resolve any issues of damage.
You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and will reject the request to return, exchange or refund. There are pictures and video footage taken of products both upon delivery as well as upon leaving the factory.
After 14 days we can no longer be responsible for complaints or damage to your product. If your product has spent more than 14 days in your space we are not able to claim responsibility for the damage. Please check your product carefully upon delivery and make sure the condition is acceptable by yourself to avoid any disappointment. While we strive to provide great products in perfect conditions sometimes defective issues happen when making furniture to order. As such we always want to fix any issues or damages asap.
We may only accept return or defective product requests through emails. Our customer service agents specialize in sales and will not be able To assist on production related issues including damages on chat. If you believe that you broke or damaged your product and wish for us to fix it kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue and we will be sure to get back to you with any costs or timings if we are able to fix the damage.
