Delivery 

The delivery of your product will happen as fast as possible but please allow  3-4 weeks as we must ensure a stringent quality control process. If it does occur that it is ready sooner we will inform you. 

There is a flat fee of AED 150 for delivery throughout Dubai. For any other emirate we charge a flat fee of AED 300. 

As of now we do not have a standardized shipping method outside of the UAE but will support with these requests when we can so please reach out to us directly on info@klekktic.com for any requests regarding international shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.

We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 5-hour window of time in which to deliver and install your items.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have adequate approvals or permits for the delivery of your pieces, along with the correct space for the delivery of your items, inclusive of ensuring the product will fit through all necessary doors and lifts. 

International Shipping 

We are happy to be able to share our pieces with anyone who chooses to buy them. Currently we offer door to door shipping services by land shipping (truck)  anywhere in the GCC. Due to the nature of furniture size and weight once you specify your order only then can we confirm a delivery and shipping price. Shipping prices may change week to week or even day to day and as we are outsourcing international shipping we are not able to guarantee a fixed shipping price. We are not responsible for any customs or taxes you may incur within your own country. 

We do not offer assembly services OUTSIDE OF THE UAE. Its incredibly easy to assemble all of our pieces including beds and sofas yet you may find it more helpful to call upon the assistance of a carpenter. If you need any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us for assembly guides. 

If you are ordering for a large commercial project in Saudi Arabia we can arrange assembly services in Riyadh and Jeddah at an additional cost. 

 

International Shipping - Damages and Insurance

All our shipments are insured so if there is damaged that is caused by the shipping provider they take every measure to compensate customers financially with the value of the product or through allowing us to replace it. 

Please note we do not recommend ordering marble or glass products for international shipping at this time. 

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers:  

  • Structural failure 
  • Seam separation
  • Broken zippers or buttons
  • Cracking, bubbling, or peeling finish
  • Broken structures of furniture pieces 

For outdoor items please note special care should be given to pieces left t interact with harsher elements. 

  • Our outdoor steel products are galvanized to prevent rust and erosion however extra care must still be paid to this natural material. 
  • Gardening water is harsh and untreated and must not be left on the product for long periods of time. The materials in this Hard water can create a white cast over time but can also erode and rust your steel very quickly.
  • It is best to wipe your product dry as soon as possible rather than keeping it soaking in this harmful water.
  • If the product is expected to soak in water over long periods of time we recommend using a clear anti-rust spray which will help you prolong the life of your item. These can be found at any hardware store or on Amazon.ae.  
  • Our outdoor microplaster products should not be left in direct sunlight for extended periods of time and should be covered when not in frequent use. 
  • As they are resistant to water feel free to hose them down to clean and then wipe them dry 
  • They microplaster products should not be left to soak in gardening water nor in rain water and should be dried immediately. 
  • No harsh chemicals are to be used with these items. 

We are happy to fix all of your items that meet the warranty requirements free of charge within a year of purchase. In the case they do not meet the terms of the warranty we are happy to fix the at a charge. Charge will be quoted on a case by case basis. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Returns are free of charge
  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days for defective or incorrect items
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations, as each piece is made to order.

We do not accept returns for custom-made furniture unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or an incorrect product was received.

If this occurs, you are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge and must be in the product’s original condition and packaging.

Process for returns:

  • Email info@klekktic.com within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours and arrange the appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).
  • Products must not be used and should be kept in their original packaging until the return is processed.
  • Delivery staff will unwrap products at delivery, and we recommend inspecting items immediately. If you refuse the product at delivery due to visible damage or defects, we will resolve the issue promptly.

We document all products with photographs and video before dispatch and at the time of delivery to ensure condition verification. After 14 days, we cannot accept return requests or claims for damage.
